Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to join our law firm client's London office on a temporary basis.

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining office and stationary supplies.
  • Handling and distributing incoming post.
  • Assist with new joiner and temporary set ups.
  • Respond to general maintenance requests.
  • Assist with office moves.
  • Assist with aspects of fire and health and safety compliance.
  • Occasionally assist with reception duties.
