Commercial Support Officer:


The job:


The Customer Support Officer enables the Principality Commercial team to achieve its business objectives, by undertaking general administration and servicing duties which provide support to the Relationship and Underwriting teams.


What you'll do:

Supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) with the management of their portfolio, undertaking high quality tasks as required


Typically, these will include:

  • Supporting the RMs in the administration of new business acquisition, including production of offer letters
  • General administration of customer accounts
  • Supporting RMs with annual reviews
  • Ensuring that customer data held on Principality IT systems is uptodate and accurate
  • Supporting RMs on customer/site visits
  • Dealing with general enquiries from either solicitors and/or customers
  • Actively seeking out opportunities to improve our systems or ways of working

What we are looking for:


  • Competent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Willingness to complete training independently as well as in a classroom setting
  • Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling you to engage in effective conversations with our customers
  • The ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution, you will pride yourself on delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service
  • Be resilient to a continuous changing environment
  • Desirable_
  • Experience in financial services is desired but not essential as we are looking for people that are passionate about customer service
