Description
We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Housing Maintenance team. Within this role, you can enjoy 26 Days Annual Leave, Pension contribution up to 7.5% matched and even more.


Location:
Loughton - Site Working, with occasional hybrid available


Contract:
Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know


Responsibilities


As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in commercial administrative support to the business - ensuring information is prepared and presented to permit accurate and timely billing of works to our clients.


Your day to day will include:

  • Prepare contract cost reports for accounts and audit
  • Reporting on contract performance.

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:

  • Have experience in Housing Maintenance Contracts
  • Have a strong knowledge of relevant systems (Oracle, Coins, Excel etc)
  • Have Excellent communication skills at all levels
