Age UK South Gloucestershire is looking to recruit two Improving Homes and Wellbeing Project Coordinators to support the continuation of a highly successful pilot project.

The project aims to address short-term needs such as reducing household risks and tidying gardens and properties but then seeks to build a circle of person-centred support around those affected and work with them to find lasting solutions, improve their homes, and so improve their independence and wellbeing.

The Project Coordinators will support homeowners by offering a holistic, personalised approach to each person's situation based on their specific circumstances and what they would like to achieve.

This will include acting as a supportive portal to relevant services, sources of finance and social activities, both within Age UK South Gloucestershire and the wider community.
