Branches Coordinator

Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience


Full time - 35 hours per week

Hybrid Working - Home Based/Princes Risborough

Job Role Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branches Coordinator to join the team here at APM


Reporting to the APM Branches Manager, the role holder is primarily responsible for ensuring that a number of APM's Branch networks add value to the organisation, are at all times relevant to member needs and operate effectively and efficiently.

The post holder will support the Branches team with administrative tasks and coordination of activities in support of Branch operations and APM's strategy.


Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (business or marketing related preferred) is desirable

Experience

  • Work experience in an administrative role
  • Work experience in a customer service environment
  • Event marketing and management
  • Webinar management
  • Work with volunteers

Skills

  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Web based communication
  • Organisational skills
  • Event management skills
