One of the region's most innovative consultancies is looking for an experienced and ambitious Creative Director to join the leadership group of the agency and play a significant role in their future growth.


Our Client


Through a seamless marriage and integration of brand, technology and marketing they deliver holistic experiences that maximise the engagement of their clients' audience at every point of contact.

Working with both UK and global brands, they are at the cross section of professional services consultancy and creative agency.

The majority of their clients are on long term retainers and they operate at board/CEO level.

With £2m turnover for this financial year (client fees only) they're ready to push into the next phase of their growth and head towards £5m in the next few years.

Easily commutable from both Manchester and Liverpool, they work hybrid with 2 days WFH.


The Role


They are entering the next phase of their growth as a business and the addition of a top-drawer Creative Director is the final piece of their jigsaw.

This role is a true leadership role and will play an integral part of running the business with the other members of the Leadership Team, whilst also managing all creative output across, brand, digital and marketing.

To this end, they are looking for someone with a deep understanding and appreciation for brand, as well as omnichannel expertise and experience in managing the integration of brand and creative with other business areas including Strategy & Insight, Digital Experience and Marketing Performance.

Fundamentally the role will focus on the delivery of transformational, integrated creative strategy that deliver commercial and strategic objectives for clients, leading and inspiring the brand design, content, digital and marketing teams.

They aren't about creativity for creativity's sake, they are focused on building tangible value for clients and transforming businesses through creativity.


You
You'll need a background within top brand and creative agencies, and an outstanding portfolio to be considered.

You'll need to be able to show your experience in deploying creative to innovate and build value for clients, nurturing and developing omni-channel brand experiences that are performance driven, yet retaining creative excellence.

You'll be creatively led but also digitally savvy.

Attributes needed include hunger and ambition to be instrumental in the continuing success of the agency. An inspiring and nurturing leader to others within your team. A confident & inspiring presenter comfortable in client situations at board level. For the right person, there is potential to become an integral part of the agencies future.
