Pay Rate - 12-week probation/training period at £11.20 (this is line operative rate) Rising to £12.86 when permanent or when at a competent level.

This role will be acting primarily as a line operative then stepping up to run the production line in the absence of the shift Supervisor.

You will be trained to run a non woven têxtile machine.

Applicants need the following.

Supervisory experience (preferable not essential)
Machine operating experience preferable. (This is probably the most important aspect)
Numerate & Literate
Physically fit as manual handling required

FLT Counterbalance License preferable for the role but not essential.

Shifts will rotate weekly between 6am-to-2pm then 2pm-10pm.

Shift allowance of £1.70 from 8pm-10pm.

Overtime available during the week and weekends

Salary:
From £11.20 per hour

Schedule:
