    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Designing and managing highway engineering projects from inception to completion.
    2. Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project scope and requirements.
    3. Preparing detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
    4. Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    5. Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards are met.
    6. Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
    7. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Experience in highway engineering.
    2. Strong understanding of highway design principles and practices.
    3. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
    4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    5. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Relevant civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
