Purpose of the role:
To provide and facilitate automotive events.
Events Specialists are responsible for the correct construction of equipment on stand, facilitating client needs, keeping stands and vehicle clean and presentable and being a front facing person to the public gathering leads and presenting vehicles to the public.
The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with the customer objectives
- To provide onsite event support to the event team, clients & Inside Track demo team
- To effectively follow outlined Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work to ensure you are operating safely.
- To work closely with Clients and Event Mangers to deliver following event briefs in a timely manner.
- To produce data capture and Event logs reports during and following events.
- To work within a team environment and support colleagues
Now, here's what we need from you:
- A healthy knowledge of the automotive sector is required.
- Customer service and support
- Onsite Events Experience
- Client Management & relationship building
- Able to Travel in the UK and Ireland
- Driver Certificate of Professional Competence ( CPC ) desirable.
- DigiCard or Digig baord desirable.
- Driver digital tachograph card
- Able to drive 3 tone truck and Vans with C1' LGV driving licence desirable
- Interactive and able to work well in a team.
- some one who is happy to work in a varied role.
