Customer Service Agent/Shipping - Bristol
Do you have previous experience in Customer Service or have you worked around at a port?

We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join this established company in Portbury. This is a great opportunity to join a new company and progress with your personal development/skills.


As a Customer Service/Shipping Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with a variety of port agents, vessels and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all logistics are in place for the vessels to arrive.
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, up to date and relevant.
  • Greeting the vessel and sorting all the relevant documentation.
  • Supporting operational tasks and projects

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in Customer Service or worked at a dock, port or on a vessel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
  • Weekend availability
