Description
We are looking for someone with Customer Services background that can demonstrate strong and clear communication skills at all levels and has the ability to work with senior management in assisting to expand the business.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to use and understand in house IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Excellent understanding of numbers
- Excellent communicator with professional attitude
- Keen to gain knowledge of electrical products and gain an understanding of our customer's needs and requirements
- Willing/able to develop product knowledge
- Well organised and attention to detail is key
- Communicate business information effectively and in a variety of ways from team to Director level
- Able to identify and source electrical products on the internet
- Ensuring that orders are dispatched and delivered to customers within expected timescales
- Strive for high performance, regularly reviewing the quality of service delivered
- Driving activity and initiatives and able to bring new ideas to the business
- Good understanding of social media platforms
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
