Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and records
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
