They are looking to add a
Commercial Account Handler to their team, with the potential to add 2 new people.

What you will do:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will look after prestige and high calibre customers with all their insurance needs.
Relationship building is key to truly understand what your customers need, and provide a quick, efficient and accurate service.

From claims, to general queries and renewals, you will be involved in it all.

Your ideal background:

You will need to hit the ground running, so a background in Commercial Insurance is ideal.
However personal lines experience is considered.

Working towards, or wanting to work towards Cert CII.

Most important is a passion for customer services, attention to detail and proven experience of delivering excellent customer services.
