The Opportunity;

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager, the HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the HR team with the ongoing development of the Workday (HR) system and associated modules.

You will be HR's technical in-house expert for Workday HR and willsupport with a range of duties from first and second line support up to feeding into the longer term strategy for Workday.

HRIS Analyst responsibilities include:

Supporting the HR team with the ongoing development of Workday (HR) system
Being HR's technical inhouse expert for Workday HR
Championing the system, and build training modules to upskill the business on the system
Supporting with a suite of reporting, including key people metrics and all other peopledata
Completing forecasting and analysis of data sets, identifying and summarising trends and key themes
Providing first and second line support to the business
Feeding into the longer term strategy for Workday

The HRIS Analyst role is a permanent position, offering flexible and hybrid working (remote with one day per month minimum in the office in Darlington).

The Person;

The ideal HRIS Analyst:

Demonstrable HRIS experience and an understanding of Core HCM, Absence, Recruitment and other peopledata
Technically astute with advanced excel skills
Ability to build and develop reporting in the HRIS system and contribute to the development of a HR MI dashboard
Analytical with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all departments
Personable with the will to go the extra mile
