ABOUT GREENPARK.


Greenpark is recruiting a bespoke team of specialist Strategic, Creative and Client Service talents for a dynamic and exciting project with one of our industry-leading clients in the food service space.

The team will work collaboratively with the London Greenpark office and both local and global client teams.


This team will partner with cross-functional client teams, acting as the brand custodians as well as key strategic and creative partners to deliver insightful, impactful and influential work for the client business.


This dynamic team and project will be well positioned to influence the overall marketing and communication outputs across the client business, collaborating with leadership and executional teams at all stages of key projects, establishing a centre of strategic and creative excellence in the food service space.

As we work on a diverse and exciting portfolio of brands, across multiple industries, we are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist, with the right skill set to complement our existing offering and work on a variety of strategic projects:


Requirements:


  • Minimum 7+ years working experience working in
    strategy/planning or creative fields
:


  • Strong understanding of digital & content marketing channels across paid, owned and earned. Able to see their relative strengths and weaknesses and take a measured, holistic view on the role of each when it comes to addressing the brand's specific challenges for each project.
  • Consumer insightdriven with strong analytical skills, but also brings creative ideas and inspiration on how to do things differently to maximise performance in digital channels.
  • Ability to inspire, be a catalyst of creative ideas with creative teams and to clients.
  • You have an instinctive understanding of brands and how they are crafted and have the core marketing thinking skills that enable you to instinctively identify brand strengths, weaknesses and opportunity areas vs competitors.
  • Understand the value of data and how 1,2 and 3P data should be harnessed to maximise business value as part of strategic responses
  • Great at collaborating & building support from others, able to successful manage senior client stakeholders and run group workshop sessions.
  • You have a natural curiosity, are a great listener and know how to prepare and ask targeted questions that help get to the bottom of client briefs and needs

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Be Clientfacing, understand their needs and challenges to add strategic value and assist in translating that into insightful and focussed agency briefs
  • Interrogate client briefs, write creative briefs for our creatives and then work with them on creative development throughout the process
  • Communications planning across the full range of digital channels
  • Brand Proposition Development
  • Run client workshops and primary research where needed
  • Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
  • Performing market research regarding customer demographics
  • Developing Creative and Communication Strategies that dictate the core methods of achieving the company's goals
  • Advising & collaborating with the company's Head of Strategy, Creative Director & wider teams on key projects.
  • Proposing KPIS for work and tracking the results of our strategy & creative work

SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Participation in creative and strategic brainstorming & ideation sessions
  • Lead client inspiration sessions
  • Interrogation of data & reporting to define insights & learnings as part of the reporting and post campaign analysis process
  • Provide strategic support as part of the pitch & new business process.
  • Lead & support Strategy & Creative workshops with agency and client teams
  • Assist in the development and crafting of agency case studies.
  • Assist in the proactive work process.

  • London, EC1A 9BU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
