_ Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 pa_

Requirements:

Monitoring and reporting on all activity to the wider business and partners, including both tactical and customer journey/triggered campaigns.
You will take a userfirst approach, with the ability to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.

Skills and Experience

Experience using Braze and customer automation platforms to execute lifecycle marketing strategies.
Hands on technical and coding skills such as HTML along with analytical abilities.
Knowledge of excel including pivot tables and vlook ups.
Experience of creating and executing lead nurture and activation campaigns.
Strong analytical skills to interpret meaning from campaign metrics.
Excellent project management and collaboration skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and communicate within the team and with key stakeholders.
You will be datadriven, impact oriented, and possess strong problemsolving skills.
Adobe Photoshop, XD and Indesign skills.
Experience in customer segmentation, list management and deliverability.
