Description

SNAP is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their in-house marketing team. You will help drive the marketing strategy through impactful, dynamic, and integrated campaigns.

SNAP is an innovative company based in Norwich that connects millions of HGV journeys across the UK and Europe.

The business provides truck drivers and fleets with key services from depot to destination - including truck parking, vehicle washing, toll crossings, roadside assistance and fuel.

SNAP was founded in 2008 and has become the UK market leader but is making exciting movements in Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will promote SNAP and its services to increase awareness with key customer segments, drive leads, grow the customer base and increase SNAP service usage.

Generate campaign ideas and oversee their development and implementation.
Manage and drive referral and affiliate marketing activities.
Develop and manage all internal marketing and communication within the organisation.
Write wellresearched and SEOrich blog content in line with the yearly content plan for both SNAP and intruck
Extend SNAP's content reach through content syndication and outreach activities.
Create conversioncentric landing page content and identify critical conversion and dropoff points.
Perform outreach activities and build relationships with industry media, press and governing bodies.
Proofread marketing and customerfacing content from the wider SNAP team.
Liaise with printers and suppliers to fulfil all SNAP's location signage, marketing material, merchandise, and staff uniform requirements.
Keep up to date with relevant industry blogs, newsletters, and current trends through selfinitiated research.
Collaborate with external agencies.
Attend events and trade shows.
Develop a high level of customer insight into all business sectors

Other skills and experience:

2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
Solid knowledge of B2B marketing
Experience in researching and creating content across multiple channels
Creative and campaign ideation experience
A formal marketing qualification is desired but not essential

Location
A mix of remote (2 days) and office-based (3 days)

Life at SNAP
SNAP HQ is on the outskirts of Norwich in the scenic village of Blofield Heath. You will join an ambitious and diverse team who collaborates to achieve company success.

There is no typical day at SNAP, but the usual working hours are 9-5 pm with an hour's break for lunch - when staff walk around the peaceful village and others compete on the SNAP table tennis table.
