You will be responsible to assist the business with general office and administration duties to ensure company processes are run smoothly,and to support Human Resources with HRIS, general administration and employee initiatives.
Working 3 days in the Basingstoke office and 2 days from home this would suit someone looking for their first role into HR with the opportunity to complete your CIPD qualifications which would be funded by the company.
Paying £23,000pa.
What do you need?
- GCSE's at Grade 4 and above
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office
- Data collation & analysis
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to cope with the multifaceted nature of the job
- Office experience is desirable
