Location - Market Harborough

Salary - £21,000 - £23,500

Our client based in Market Harborough are looking to recruit a Care Co Ordinator to join the team.

They provide specialist complex care services to clients with a neurological condition that may include acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or progressivediseases.

They also support adults with learning disabilities and Autism within supported living settings.


An already established care provider the organisation is looking to recruit a Care Co Ordinator that can assist with their growth plans.

As an experienced Care Co-ordinator, you will be - Responsible for:

  • Allocating Support Workers with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each customer.
  • Organising and planning rotas to maintain continuity of care.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both customers, family members and external partners.
  • Building excellent relationships with our current care staff.
  • Assisting with recruitment or general office tasks as required.
  • Previous experience within Domiciliary Care and as a Care Coordinator.
  • Hold a current UK driving licence and have their own vehicle.
  • The ability to recognise problems and formulate solutions.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Capable of accepting responsibility and coping with emergencies.
  • Positive attitude to own health and work attendance record.
  • Ability to implement and review care plans and work with complex cases.
