The School of Engineering based at our Hemel Hempstead campus are looking for a full time Lecturer who has recently graduated, already teaching or who is working in industry and can use their knowledge to help our Engineering and Motor Vehicle learners excelwithin practical and theory environments.


This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or a Engineer or Mechanic in industry to change career into an educational setting and share knowledge and skills with the next generation.


Our courses are delivered by tutors with extensive knowledge and professional expertise of the industry and work closely with employers to develop students and their own skills.


We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their potential.


Holding a teaching qualification is desirable but not essential as training and the chance to achieve a teaching qualification whilst working for the College will be provided.

This is a full-time position working in our well-equipped facilities at our Hemel Hempstead campus.

You'll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you'll be encouraged to upskill.
