Administration Assistant - Reading, England - Temporary Position - £12.95ph plus Excellent Benefits**Are you an Experienced Administration Assistant looking for a new role?


This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest facilities Management companies in the UK, based at one of their prestigious client's sites in Reading, England.


Hours of work: 8 am to 5pm - Monday to Friday

Location:
Reading - Hybrid Working available


Hourly Rate:
£12.95


Role Responsibilities:


  • Review all support documentation for correct coding and cost allocations for data capturing. Input data onto a computer system in the prescribed fields
  • Ensure a high level of input accuracy to rigidly maintain data integrity
  • Draw regular and customized data reports from the system
  • Attend to all related queries from internal as well as external clients within the laiddown timelines either by phone or in writing and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all suppliers and subcontract invoices are processed and settled on time
  • Assist with general office duties such as stationary stock control, refreshment orders, relief functions for switchboard or reception, preparation of ad hoc reports,
  • Compile spreadsheets in Word or Excel format for any nonstandard reporting
  • Take the initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures, and systems are effective and efficient while ensuring practices are aligned to established corporate standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to provide a high standard of support in administrative principles, including the ability to implement systems and processes and to proactively resolve problems
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety policies and practices
- knowledge and understanding of basic Financial and Accounting principles

  • Able to Demonstrate organisational and time management skills, e.g manage competing priorities, monitor and coordinate a range of prescribed processes, to achieve tight deadlines and desired outcomes with due regard to accuracy
