    Description

    Business Development and Integrated Project Management Support

    1. Provide close management of clients, coordinate across Business Units, and promote the integrated discovery services platform.
    2. Carry out marketing and BD activities as required.
    3. Support the EU and US BD teams as needed.

    Responsibilities

    1. Client Project Management:
      • Work with clients to plan and manage projects.
      • Evaluate therapeutic areas and target opportunities.
      • Prepare client discussion materials.
    2. Marketing and BD Activities:
      • Attend conferences and engage with clients.
      • Promote technical teams' activities and capabilities.
    3. Technical Development Initiatives:
      • Identify and evaluate gaps in the WXAT platform.
      • Suggest strategies to fill those gaps.

      Requirements

      1. Education:
        • PhD (or equivalent) in chemistry.
      2. Experience:
        • Minimum 8-10 years working experience after PhD or 13-15 years after Master's degree.
        • Project management experience in non-clinical drug discovery projects.
      3. Skills:
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
        • Ability to travel up to 20% for domestic and international trips.

      Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
