Within our freelance design & creative team here at Source, we're working with several clients needing Freelance Creatives on a regular basis.

We work with a range of clients but mainly creative/ad/design agencies so ideally, we're looking for people who are familiar with this environment.


The perfect Creative will:

  • Be able to work in a highpressure, fastpaced environment, managing tight deadlines and lastminute amends.
  • Have experience in working with a range of brands in fashion/beauty
  • Be able to work alongside other Designers, Copywriters and Creatives where appropriate.
  • Appreciate that different skill sets bring different qualities to the work and understand that working as a team will produce the best results
- again, previous agency experience will help.


Must have:

  • A ton of experience creating adverts, advertisements and campaigns
  • Experience working across a range of brands in fashion and beauty
  • Experience working for an agency
  • Experience working across multiple media
