Are you a driver with knowledge / practical experience in electrical equipment installation?


Our superb client based in Huntingdon is seeking a Driver / Technician to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week with a slightly earlier finish on a Friday.


As Driver / Technician, you will cover the South of England & Wales, delivering electrical equipment to commercial clients, installing the equipment on site, calibrating the equipment, attending monitoring visits to ensure equipment is still providing therequired output, making electrical repairs in the workshop, ensuring your vehicle is clean, serviced and well equipped, taking part in out-of-hours call out for breakdowns or emergencies on a rota basis, collecting equipment at the end of the hire term andall supporting duties, working as part of a busy team.

To be considered for the role of Driver / Technician, you will have:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • Electrical service / repair experience or similar
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Must be physically fit as some lifting may be required
  • Full product training and mentoring will be given on the products
  • Previous electrical installation experience


In return our client is offering a basic salary of £26,000, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension, and much.
