Operations Executive

Reporting to the Finance Manager

Key duties:

Sales order processing
Raise Purchase Orders for stock
Stock control including monthly reconciliations and biannual physical stock count at the warehouse.
Maintain various schedules to keep track of warehouse issues
Raising sales invoices, ensuring they reconcile with order acknowledgements
Merging and digital filling of SL invoices and order processing documents
Upload invoices to Retailer Customers platform
Building a good rapport with all customers
Regular communication with Sales team
Review and prepare various schedules for the month end process
Assist with the update of Price Lists / Price Structures/ Pricing update / Pricing Check

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Experience:

Operations: 2 years (preferred)

- stock control reconciliations: 2 years (preferred)
Sales Ledger: 1 year (preferred)
