This is an excellent time to join our growing People Team, as a People Advisor, with the ambition, drive and passion to ensure the people agenda is front and centre to the business.


Working closely with our People Partners you will have a portfolio of people projects that underpin the people strategy to help make Connect Health a great place to work.

As a People Advisor, you will have assigned areas of the business to actively engage with managers as a trusted advisor, managing ER cases and giving advice about people matters and best practice, including performance, reward, TUPE and change management.

You will proactively support managers, ensuring people decisions are consistent and fair, building on the strong reputation of the People Team.


You should have engaging communication skills, the ability to influence positive outcomes, attention to detail, a talent for working in an agile environment and you can build strong relationships with your customers quickly.

You will also have proven experience working in a similar level role, Level 5 or above CIPD qualification and a strong understanding of excellence in people practice, we can support you to develop your career and be part of a team where everyone supports each other to be their best.
