Your new role
Supporting the commercial sales and supply chain teams the key responsibilities of the finance business partner:

Analysing data, presenting clear and insightful information
Monitor, maintain and help mitigate risks and opportunities
Influence and challenge the business
Making recommendations
Monitor product costings
Inflationary pressures

Although the finance business partner role is broad the overarching objective is simple. To add significant insight and value through analysis impacting the business strategy.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance you'll have the opportunity to learn from a natural people person, leader and FMCG expert.

Benefits

Base salary: £40k to £50k (40 hours per week)
WFH 2 days per week | Chichester 3 days per week
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Bonus (on target = 5%)

Skills and experience to be successful

An understanding of what makes a successful finance business partner
The desire to lead the agenda and drive action
The ability to take data, providing insight and recommendations
Having the ability to see the bigger picture, spot trends and themes
Stakeholder management skills
Data manipulation in excel. And presentations in PowerPoint
