About Your New Team


The Chef Tree is a well-established chef agency that specialises in supplying Chefs to UK-based residential and nursing homes and schools.


About your new role as their Recruitment Assistant although internally you'd be called the Chef Recruiter
The Chef Tree is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person with a brilliant and likeable personality.


You'll ensure the team is able to continue to provide the right chefs to the country's nurseries, nursing homes, and schools.


Your mission as the team's Chef Recruiter:

  • Find new chefs
  • Reach out and engage with them
  • Support their onboarding, as all chefs will need to be DBScertified
  • Ensure their paperwork is all present and correct
  • Get new chefs on board who vibe with being a 'Chef Tree chef.'

You do not need to be an experienced recruiter to join our team.

Role:
Recruitment Assistant


Basic Salary:
£24,000 to £25,000


Bonus:
Company bonus, including an on-call bonus and a collaborative team incentive


Working hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 4:00 pm


Recruitment On-call:One (1) week of every four (4) weeks for which an on-call bonus is paid


Based:
UK - remote (plus the opportunity to connect with the team in vibrant London twice a year.)
