The Recruitment Crowd have recently partnered with a market-leading client based in Bradford. We are looking for an experiencedFabricator/Welder to join the team.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday (7am-5pm) and Friday (half day)

Pay Rate:
£14-£17 per hour, dependant on experience


Job Type:
Permanent

The Role

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and spot welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components
  • Cut, shape, and bend metal using a variety of tools and machinery
  • Ensure welding operations meet quality standards and project specifications
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder or similar role
  • Proficient in MIG, TIG, and spot welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment
  • Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in welding operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problemsolving skills

Salary:
£14.00-£17.00 per hour
