Description

My client is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for their industry leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company which offers fantastic benefits to their employees.

Treat health, safety, and environmental compliance as top priority.
Maintain planning sheets.
Input approved responses into system.
Input reports into HSEQ system.
Update inspection KPI sheet.
Maintain updated trading certificates
Processing of invoices.
Input data into internal and external reports (monthly and quarterly reports).
Provide information and reports related to inspections to the Operations team when requested.
Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes.
Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.
Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
