My client is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for their industry leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company which offers fantastic benefits to their employees.

  • Treat health, safety, and environmental compliance as top priority.
  • Maintain planning sheets.
  • Input approved responses into system.
  • Input reports into HSEQ system.
  • Update inspection KPI sheet.
  • Maintain updated trading certificates
  • Processing of invoices.
  • Input data into internal and external reports (monthly and quarterly reports).
  • Provide information and reports related to inspections to the Operations team when requested.
  • Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes.
  • Provide trending, analysis of quality assurance performance, KPI reports and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
