We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a
Customer Service Specialist to join our small, dynamic Customer Service team based at our Teal site in Lower Darwen.

The Role:

Liaising with internal and external customers regarding pricing, product and delivery information both face to face and telephone.
Preparation of quotations.
Developing customer relationships.
Clarification and progressing of orders.
Supporting Area Sales Managers.
Dealing with telephone enquiries and any customer complaints.
Supporting the Sales Project Manager with the creation, maintenance and smooth running of project plans for our customers.

The Person:

Previous Customer Service experience (Essential).
A confident and affable telephone manner.
Quick to assimilate information and ability to use initiative.
Previous experience of projects planning and administration.
Must be numerate and computer literate (Word, Excel).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
A team player who is reliable, flexible, selfmotivate and resourceful.

Working Hours:

Week A:
Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 2.30pm.

Week B:
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm.
