Our client offers end-to-end renewable energy solutions (green energy), from consultancy and training services to system design, to the provision of technology and its installation and maintenance.


Working as part of a team you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, making customer care calls, and making sure you always provide the best customer service.


Shifts:
Monday


  • Friday 08:30 17:00

Contract Type: 6-month FTC


As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be:

  • Making outbound calls regarding pre-installation and checklist (2 days prior to install).
  • Contacting customers post installation and checklist (1 day after install).
  • Note and record any issues to pass to the relevant team to handle.
  • Updating customer details and information.
  • Assisting with other inbound calls as and when needed.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate use of Excel and CRM systems.
  • Full training will be provided.
  • Work well within a team as well as individually.
  • Adapt a positive "can do" attitude.
