Description
Our client offers end-to-end renewable energy solutions (green energy), from consultancy and training services to system design, to the provision of technology and its installation and maintenance.
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, making customer care calls, and making sure you always provide the best customer service.
Shifts:
Monday
- Friday 08:30 17:00
Contract Type: 6-month FTC
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be:
- Making outbound calls regarding pre-installation and checklist (2 days prior to install).
- Contacting customers post installation and checklist (1 day after install).
- Note and record any issues to pass to the relevant team to handle.
- Updating customer details and information.
- Assisting with other inbound calls as and when needed.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Computer literate use of Excel and CRM systems.
- Full training will be provided.
- Work well within a team as well as individually.
- Adapt a positive "can do" attitude.
