An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Teaching Assistant to join our highly effective reading intervention team from September 2024.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Teaching Assistant to deliver small group intervention to students struggling with reading skills and phonics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4; we would welcome applicants with experience of supporting students in either a primary or secondary setting.

This member of staff will contribute to the life chances of the young people in our school community and our vision that all students leave Cantell School being able to read at, or above, age level.
