A media and entertainment law firm based in the west end are seeking to hire a Team Assistant to support a team of Senior PA's across two teams.

This role will offer overflow support, alongside the opportunity to work on a marketing and business development projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Diary management
  • Onboarding new clients: adhering to AML procedures
  • General admin: creating & managing spreadsheets, preparing & coordinating monthly client bills, WIP reports etc
  • Working closely with a Senior PA on marketing and new business initiatives, maintaining marketing database and events calendar.

Required Experience:

  • 23 years' experience as a Team Admin/ Assistant from a law firm/ professional services background
