Graphic Designer

Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join our Wales and the Southwest business on a 12-month fix-term contract.

Primarily the role will lead on the design and completion of tender submissions, helping secure a pipeline of projects coming into the business.

Collaborating with the Proposal Manager and wider proposals team, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to create impactful tender documents.


In addition, as part of the marketing and communications team you will create and develop a wide range of print and digital collateral for a range of audiences.


Working to tight deadlines, you will need to be able to prioritise work, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent attention to detail.


The key responsibilities are:

  • Lead on the design and execution of all our tenders.
  • Designing and producing marketing materials for both internal external use.
  • Working alongside the digital visual team to produce complimentary animations for our proposals.
  • Support the creation and execution of internal and external events.
  • Craft visually appealing content for social media platforms.
  • Editing video content, with the ability to repurpose for different communication channels.

You
Essential experience

  • Comprehensive design expertise preferable in the bid/ proposal context.
  • Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Managing stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Supporting internal and external events.
Desirable experience

  • Premier pro and After Effects.
  • Awareness of digital communication channels.
  • Creating digital content for social media.
