Great opportunity to move into a Compliance Business Partner role with this global insurer.

This is a newly created role where you will be the point of contact between the Compliance Business Unit and our central function to promote faster decision making and ensure robust governance processes are in place.

This is a generalist role provide adviseand support to our UK and Ireland business entities.

Key responsibilities -

Support Senior Managers, managers, and business areas across our Group of Companies to understand and identify solutions to ensure delivery of their regulatory responsibilities and accountabilities.
Support the business with advice, guidance, and training to achieve and maintain compliance with Group Policies and Standards and all relevant external regulatory rules.
Act as the primary 2nd line point of contact for providing necessary facilitation and advice to support business areas in implementing and maintaining the Compliance Framework in their departments
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support and to implement pragmatic solutions by providing expert advice and opinion on regulatory impacts.
Support the Head of Compliance, Financial Crime and Governance in the identification, management and reporting of regulatory Compliance risks and the effective implementation of Group Policy and Standards across the wider Group.

Qualifications & Experience -

Relevant experience working at a senior level within a regulated financial services firm that had a significant level of involvement in regulatory compliance.
Ability to understand and assimilate complex information quickly and accurately, showing strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels of the business, with strong influencing and communication skills, and an ability to challenge both tactfully and in a value adding way.
