About the role

This role is a fixed-term position until mid-April 2024
The Demand Planning Administration Team are an integral part of keeping the Supply Chain function operating. You will help Supply Chain operate even more efficiently by completing a wide range of administrative tasks.

You will be reviewing purchase orders, collaborating with suppliers, investigating delivery shortages and ensuring that suppliers are paid the correct amount and on time.

You will liaise with Ocado's customer hub to ensure that customer availability queries are responded to in a timely manner and ensure that Ocado systems are aligned on SKU ordering status.


About you


You have had previous experience working in an FMCG or commercial Supply Chain environment and are used to working under pressure.

You have a proven ability for working in a KPI-driven environment and you have strong attention to detail both written and verbal, whilst being logical.

You are able to maintain large amounts of data whilst being accurate and efficient and you can plan and organise your time effectively.

Your PC skills are excellent and you are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel). You are adaptable and flexible and can support our 24/7 business operation (including weekend working and potential out-of-hours office support)
