Description

The wide ranging post is split between two distinct functions (a) Soft FM Accommodation Services and (b) Estate Asset Management in the Business Support & Asset Management Department.

Accommodation Services Manager (Soft Facilities Management)
To manage the on-site Patient's / Relative's accommodation.

To oversee the servicing of On-Call accommodation at the WGH.

To manage the allocation of personal lockers and the Time-share lockering system in the changing rooms.

To oversee the ordering of staff uniforms for all of the Division's uniformed staff.

To coordinate the measuring, ordering, allocation and issue of uniforms for the University of Edinburgh students.

To manage the supply and to maintain stock levels of all nursing staff uniforms for the RIE.

**Additional duties:
- **Estates Asset System Support Officer (Hard Facilities Management)

To keep the Estates and Asset Management System up to date and to produce high quality professional reports which provide accurate and current Property information for analysis and presentation.
