Job Summary


Technical lead for the configuration of an entire business solution incorporating multiple SaaS products and its internal and external integrations.


Essential Job Duties


The role will progress to being the technical expert on the solution post deployment, working closely with the Product Team to enhance the value of the solution, support development of new and changed services delivered to our clients and changing technicalaspects of the integrations.


A key part of the solution will be an integration platform as-a-service (iPaaS) and the role holder will need a strong understanding of API and data integration, user interface design, and low-code/no-code toolsets, supported by experts in the TechnologyTeam.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing consultancy, guidance and advice to internal stakeholders and clients to support customer requirements and new business opportunities.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure solution remains compliant with industry and contractual security and privacy requirements.
  • Capture and produce high quality requirements specifications, when necessary, and maintain technical documentation of the solution.
  • Ensure successful delivery of change requests, reviewing requirements and liaising with the relevant stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Extensive experience of managing endtoend business solutions incorporating multiple integrated SaaS products
  • Working at pace in multidisciplinary project teams
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Experience of working with, building, and maintaining APIs
  • Experience of an iPaaS platform
  • An understanding of the security issues surrounding APIs
  • Experience of SQL, ETL, Data Normalisation, and Data Warehousing
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment and using tools like DevOps or Jira
  • Experience of building business workflows
  • An understanding of UX and how to build simple user interfaces
