We are a family business, due to local contracts and expansion, we are looking for staff in our brand new office and HQ in Swinton, Manchester.
**Job Role:- ** Answering / Making Inbound/ Outbound calls to members who have broken down and need help. Also the fun part of dispatching jobs to our team memebers who are on the frontline.
**Shift Pattern:
- **4 Days on 4 days off, good work balance and all shifts are 12 hour shifts i.e(6am till 6am, 7am till 7am, 8am till 8am)
**Our Business:
- ** We work alongside major vehicle breakdown firms and insurance companies, we help on assisting on third party jobs. We are a team of currenty 30 members and we are looking for team players who want to grow within the company and excel.
**Pay:
- **Payment runs are monthly and paid on the 28th of everymonth. Pensions included and employee assistant program included also many other perks.
The job aadvertised is office based, will require attending a physical site, Which is our new premises in swinton, Manchester.
Pay:
£21,000.00-£30,067.75 per year
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (required)
- office enviroment: 3 years (preferred)
