500 More is a digital agency, specialising in projects relating to health, wellbeing, and social purpose. We acquire clients through a mixture of referral, networking, and social marketing.


We use our content and online presence to make potential clients aware of us and to start the journey of becoming our customers.

The journey continues through introductory workshops, complementary consultations, and into the digital product development lifecycle.

We want to be known as experts in the field of digital innovation.

We want to build our audience of potential clients, collaborators and supports through:


  • Publishing content relevant to our targets.
  • Developing our audience on key social media platforms (LinkedIn).
  • Harvesting contact details from our website to populate our CRM.

Brief job description:


Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketer Apprentice with 500more Digital, a Digital Innovation company based in Bristol.


We now want to build on our sales and marketing activity by adding a marketing assistant who can support the development of digital and social content, develop and implement lead generation strategies and help to build a steady pipeline of opportunities for the company to expand and grow.


Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

  • Be part of the process around developing and publishing content on our website and social accounts, which will include the various activities we undertake to bring new content to the attention of our audience and start to build a conversation around it.
  • Help to develop valuable content that will generate conversion.
  • Support the process to identify potential leads and cultivate our relationship with them
  • Implement systems to capture contact details from our website into our CRM and map that onto a lifecycle for new leads.
  • Put in place reporting against key metrics so we can see how effective our activities are.

Qualifications:


  • 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:


  • Competent using Excel.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written communications.
  • To be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to digest data and produce value.
  • Be organised and ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.

Personal qualities:


  • Highly motivated with an interest in digital marketing.
  • Comfortable with numbers and data.
  • Ability to learn and willingness ask questions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Presentable and professional.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

  • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
  • Execute multichannel digital campaigns using online platforms.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
