They are looking for a Logistics Assistant on a contract basis for 8 months, hybrid working, 25CHF-40CHF per hour.


The Administration Support group is responsible for providing the necessary support to various Manufacturing groups, ensuring that materials are supplied to customers in terms of quantity, quality, and within expected deadlines.


The main responsibilities of the Logistics Assistant are to gather/enter batch data into Discoverant and provide necessary forms for recording production data.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
70%

  • Perform encoding and reconciliation of Batch Data Streams (BDS) in the manufacturing database.
20%

  • Encode and reconcile materials used in the production batches, as well as batches produced via JD Edwards.
  • Authorized to sign transaction reports from the system.
  • Ensure monthly financial closure: verify that all batches produced during the month are closed in the JD Edwards before midnight on the last day of the month.
10%

  • Archive Log Books, MBRs, and other production forms.
  • May be required to update production procedures daily.
  • Update documents as the owner of specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • CFC or Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry in Production or Quality.
  • Knowledge of GMP environment.

Languages and Skills:

  • French
  • Written and spoken English is also advantageous.
