Are you an experienced HR Generalist? If so, we are seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our Exeter based client in a permanent role.
As an Associate HR Business Partner you will provide first line support, and prompt advice on a rage of HR matters.
The role is hybrid with regular access to the Exeter office, and as occasional travel will be required to our other UK offices we are looking for a car owner/driver.
Associate HR Business Partner responsibilities include: -
- Build and maintain effective working relationships
- Nurture and promote a positive performance management culture across the group
- Developing and reviewing group policies and procedures
- Working closely with HR Business partners supporting the change management programmes
Associate HR Business Partner requirements include: -
- MCIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent degree level qualification
- Excellent HR generalist knowledge, including indepth knowledge of HR practices, legislations, employment law and best practice
- Experience of operating within a large, complex organisation.
- Articulate communication style
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle on a regular basis
