People Promise Co-Ordinator 30 hours per week fixed term
This post holder will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues at the trust to improve employee experience.

They will support the embedding of the NHS 7 People Promises listening to feedback and ensuring people have a voice that counts.

Using all listening channels available they will work with people to make improvements to support colleagues to want to stay working in the NHS for longer.
