Bid / Pitch Manager, Birmingham (hybrid working). Up to £42K plus bonus & benefits
This international technology led marketing agency are growing rapidly. They're bringing in people at various levels to keep up with their expanding business. This is a great time to joining them.

They're now looking for an experienced Bid / Pitch Managerto join their extremely successful sales team to help deliver ambitious growth plans.


Are you an ambitious Bid / Pitch Manager that wants to progress in your career quickly? This Bid / Pitch Manager will report to the Head of Pitches and Proposals, and work as part of a friendly, close-knit team.


This Bid / Pitch Manager will:

  • Create compelling pitches and proposals that clearly and concisely explain their unique proposition
  • Manage the critical paths for proposal documents, ensuring all content is provided on time and to the agreed process
  • Create and tailor company overviews, case studies and other sales documents to the specific requirements of prospective clients
  • Craft beautifully designed slides with a consistent tone of voice
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth endtoend process
  • Liaise with the Commercial team on legal and financial aspects of proposals
  • Attend client meetings with sales leads to take notes and produce client documents based on those meetings

This Bid / Pitch Manager will have:

  • At least three years' sales experience
  • Strong IT skills to create compelling presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders
  • A strong creative eye for design and layout of presentations and proposals
  • Exceptional copywriting and grammar skills, with proven ability to distil complex propositions into clear and concise responses
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify ROI opportunities for customers
  • Secondtonone project management & organisational skills you will be operating in an environment of everchanging priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business (up to Csuite Level), with an aptitude for building relationships
  • Selfmotivated with the enthusiasm and drive to continually develop skills and knowledge
