Operations Support Executive


Position Overview:


As our Operations Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing comprehensive support to our management team.

You will be responsible for preparing reports, delivering key information, liaising with service providers, administrative tasks, organising schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support management team and board in delivering operational tasks to help achieve results
  • Report creation and distribution
  • Creating performance charts
  • Liaising with service providers
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents
  • Prepare and organise meetings
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating deliveries, and managing office equipment
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the office, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage and maintain management's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Experience within a role performing similar duties
  • Proficient in excel and other MS Office software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information

Benefits:

In return for your experience, we are looking to pay £24,500 - £28,500 based on experience.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
