Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer service issues.
