Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer service issues.
