Pay Rate:
£15.46 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns
- You will be required to work flexibly on a rota basis to meet the needs of the service, this includes weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins.
About the role:
- Provide leadership to the team acting as a positive role model at all times.
- Provide on
- Assist the Service Manager in recruitment, induction, supervision and management of those managed by this post with particular regard to service standards and quality of service delivery, dealing with conduct and other issues arising in accordance with the Charity's policies.
- Support people with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices enabling them to take control of their own lives, increasing independence
- Ensure all personal care tasks are carried out in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual, following the person centred plan.
- Contribute to / attend reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Administer medication in line with the policy and the individual's care plans.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Support people to manage their resources and finances.
About you:
- At least 3 years experience within a similar environment is essential
- NVQ Level 3 is essential.
- Have a high standard of both written and spoken communication
- Hold a good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to manage staff groups
- Ability to write and manage rotas

About the service:
St Anne's Apartment is an extra care supported living service that provides care and support to adults with a learning disability and mental health needs.
This service provides care and support to people living in 'supported living' settings, so that they can live as independently as possible.
The service is staffed 24 hours and had the governing ethos of a service that is flexible, a home for life whilst supporting people to be autonomous and independent.
