World Kinect Energy Services UK Brokerage is a division of World Fuel Services and provides a comprehensive energy procurement and contract management service to businesses by exploring the market for the best, most suitable supplier offers.

Brokerage offers support with Compliance, Sustainability, Bill Validation & Data Management to facilitate all a business's energy needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a key role within our Client Services Team, reporting to the Client Services Manager. You will be responsible for liaising with out clients to assist in any queries relating to the running of their energy contracts, both professionally and accurately.
  • In order to do this, you will be responsible for liaising with energy suppliers & distribution network operators to ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • You will ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and in line with company guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for liaising with other teams within the business to keep them fully updated on any issues which may affect their work
  • Provide general administrative support to the office & carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
  • Continuously strive to increase market knowledge by reviewing Market & Industry intel and other updates communicated to the business
  • Submit weekly reports and planners to the Client Services Manager
  • Demonstrate awareness of internal processes and provide suggestions for process improvement
  • Provide reception cover as and when required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, regular performance reviews and monthly one to ones.
