Are you looking to start in a new and exciting role in 2023?
Well, I am now recruiting for an assistant accountant position for a well-established practice in Northampton. This year they are celebrating their 30th anniversary, with a national team of 1200 employees.

They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years'general experience in Practice who is motivated to develop and progress.

Preparation of final accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, pension funds and charities
Presenting draft accounts to clients to approve or discuss
Completion of personal and partnership tax returns, as well as company's CT600s
Written and telephone correspondences with clients, HM Revenue & Customs and other parties
Preparation/review of confirmation statements and other statutory documentation
Preparation of management accounts
General bookkeeping

Experience in the following is desirable: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Line 50, Iris, Excel

They are offering a salary between £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and exams passes as well as a great benefits package and a great working environment.
